Reale’ 47 Reveals First Look at Luxury Italian-Inspired Event Venue Near Kansas City’s Historic Plaza District
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Sept 1, 2026 — Construction is officially underway on Reale’ 47, a new multi-level luxury hospitality destination poised to redefine the event and private celebration experience at 4646 Belleview Avenue in Kansas City.
Located near the historic Country Club Plaza, Reale’ 47 is being developed as a design-forward venue experience that blends contemporary Italian sophistication, immersive hospitality and elevated rooftop entertaining into one of the region’s most ambitious independent hospitality projects.
At a time when Kansas City continues evolving as a destination for luxury development, culture and high-end experiences, Reale’ 47 is designed to introduce a new caliber of event environment to the market — one centered on architecture, atmosphere and curated guest experience rather than traditional ballroom aesthetics.
The venue will feature dramatic interior environments, layered materiality, rooftop skyline views and flexible indoor-outdoor gathering spaces designed for weddings, executive events, conferences, luxury private celebrations and high-profile social occasions. With capacity for up to 500 guests across three distinct floors, Reale’ 47 is being designed to support a wide range of elevated events, from milestone celebrations and fashion shows to corporate gatherings and private entertainment experiences.
One of the venue’s signature features will be an open-air rooftop overlooking the Country Club Plaza. The rooftop is being designed with the ability to be enclosed and climate-controlled, allowing events to continue comfortably regardless of weather. Additional planned features include two new elevators, a dramatic three-story stairway and convenient nearby parking, including covered parking for 180 cars located approximately 35 feet from the venue and additional parking less than 100 feet from the front door.
Inspired by both modern Italian design and the Mediterranean architectural heritage of the Plaza district, Reale’ 47 aims to deliver a destination-level hospitality experience rarely seen in the Kansas City market.
The project is being led by Kansas City native Louis C. Accurso, whose vision for Reale’ 47 is deeply rooted in Italian heritage, family legacy and more than 90 years of hospitality experience across three generations of the Accurso family. His belief that the spaces where people gather should feel emotionally resonant, architecturally memorable and intentionally designed from arrival to final experience is central to the venue’s identity.

To help shape the venue’s luxury positioning, immersive guest experience and visual identity, Reale’ 47 retained Valerie Jennings, founder and CEO of Jennings Social Media & MarTech, whose expertise spans luxury real estate, hospitality, tourism and experiential brand strategy. Jennings and her team have played a key role in conceptualizing the venue’s design narrative, AI-enhanced creative visualization and a hospitality-driven brand experience inspired by destination-caliber luxury properties and modern entertainment spaces.
The architectural vision for Reale’ 47 is being led by Craig T. Watson, AIA, whose approach combines modern sophistication with timeless structural design, helping shape the project into a future landmark within Kansas City’s evolving hospitality landscape.
The Reale’ 47 management team includes Lou Accurso, owner, founder and creative director; Joe Accurso, general manager; Mike Huber, director of transportation; and Aaron Harris, facilities supervisor.
Rather than positioning itself as simply an event venue, Reale’ 47 is being developed as a hospitality destination — a place designed to create atmosphere, emotion and lasting memories through architecture, lighting, spatial flow, rooftop energy and elevated service experiences.
